大会規則

イベントの円滑な進行を確保するため、すべての参加者は以下の規則を遵守してください。規則に違反した場合、退場を求められることがあり、払い戻しは行われません。

マクファーソンスタジアム会場規則

  1. イベント開催中、遅刻者は適切なタイミングで入場が許可されます。
  2. 会場内での飲食、録音、録画は禁止です。
  3. ガラス瓶、ボトル、缶の持ち込みは禁止です。
  4. 会場内での喫煙は厳禁です。
  5. チケット保持者は、会場内に掲示されているその他のすべての会場規則を遵守する必要があります。
  6. プログラムは予告なく変更される場合があります。

チケット規則

  1. チケット1枚につき1名のみ使用可能で、指定された時間帯内に入場する必要があります。幼児を含むすべての年齢の子供はチケットが必要です。当日、会場を一度退出した後、手にスタンプがあれば再入場が可能です。
  2. 購入したチケットは現金への換金、日程変更、払い戻しはできません。
  3. チケットの複製、複写は厳禁です。紛失、破損、盗難などの場合、チケットは再発行されません。
  4. チケット情報が改ざん、汚損、不完全な場合、入場が拒否されます。
  5. 会場内が混雑している場合、混雑管理措置が実施されることがあります。チケットに記載された入場時間に到着していても、会場外で待機する必要がある場合があります。
  6. 混雑管理期間中、会場内に1.5時間以上滞在した入場者は、スタッフから退場を求められる場合があります。

入場規則

  1. 危険物、爆発物、花火などの武器や模造武器の持ち込みは厳禁です。
  2. カメラやその付属品（自撮り棒、三脚、一脚、GoPro、交換レンズ、その他の商用録音・録画機器など）の持ち込みおよび使用は禁止です。
  3. 介助犬を除き、動物の持ち込みは禁止です。
  4. 会場内での国旗、国章、地方旗、地方章またはそのデザインの展示や使用は厳禁です。
  5. 政治的、人種差別的、または挑発的な内容の服飾や物品の着用、展示、関連する動作やジェスチャーは会場内で厳禁です。
  6. 高さ2m、幅1m、奥行き1mを超える大型の小道具や衣装、アクセサリーの持ち込みは禁止です。
  7. 公衆の混乱を避けるため、以下の服装での入場は禁止です：現存または過去に存在した制服団体のリアルな制服（軍人、警察官、警備員などを含むがこれに限定されない）や、公式な制服団体と誤認される可能性のある服装。
  8. 大会規則に違反したり、イベントの進行に影響を与える行為をした場合、主催者はその者を退場させ、一切の補償を行いません。
  9. 不適切な服装の方は入場できません。
  10. イベントパンフレットまたはイベントウェブサイトに記載されている追加のガイドラインや情報をご確認ください。
  11. イベント当日は、主催者のSNSプラットフォームで公開される最新情報をご確認ください。
  12. 紛争が生じた場合、主催者が最終的な決定権を有します。

コスプレイヤー向け規則

  1. 主催者は、過度に露出の多い衣装を着たコスプレイヤーの入場を拒否する権利を有します。
  2. 会場内に更衣室やメイクアップエリアはなく、荷物預かりサービスや指定の撮影エリアもありませんのでご注意ください。
  3. コスプレで参加を希望する一般参加者は、自身で準備を行ってください。
  4. 会場内のトイレでの着替えは厳禁です。違反した場合、入場資格が即時取り消されます。
  5. コスプレイヤーは自身の持ち物および個人の安全に責任を負います。

MacPherson Stadium Venue Rules

  1. Late comers will only be admitted into the venue at suitable time.
  2. Eating, recording, or filming inside the venue is prohibited.
  3. Bottles, cans and glass containers are not permitted.
  4. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  5. Ticket holders must comply with all other venue rules posted within the venue.
  6. Programs are subject to change without notice.

Ticket Regulations

  1. Each ticket is valid for one person only and should be used within the designated time slot. Children of all ages, including infants, require a ticket for entry. On the same day, after leaving the venue, re-entry is allowed with a hand stamp received upon initial entry.
  2. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased.
  3. Copying or reproducing tickets is strictly prohibited. Lost, damaged, stolen, or otherwise compromised tickets will not be reissued.
  4. Altered, defaced, or partially missing ticket information will result in denied entry.
  5. In case of a crowded venue, crowd control measures might be enforced. Even if the indicated entry time on the ticket is reached, ticket holders might have to wait outside before being allowed in.
  6. Attendees who have been inside the venue for over 1.5 hours may be asked to leave by the staff.

Entry Regulations

  1. Offensive weapons, explosive items such as Fireworks, or potential weapons props is strictly prohibited.
  2. Any camera or its accessories, including selfie sticks, tripods, monopods, GoPro devices, interchangeable lenses, or other commercial recording equipment, are prohibited.
  3. No animals are allowed with the exception of assistance dogs.
  4. The display or use of the national flag, national emblem, regional flag, and regional emblem or their designs is strictly prohibited within the venue.
  5. The wearing of any attire bearing political, racist, or provocative content, as well as the display of items of such nature, or the performance of related gestures or actions within the premises, is strictly prohibited.
  6. Carrying large props or wearing clothing or accessories exceeding dimensions of 2m(h) x 1m (w) x 1m (d) are not allowed to enter the venue.
  7. To avoid public confusion, persons in the following attire are prohibited from entering the venue: Realistic uniforms of existing or former uniformed groups, including but not limited to military personnel, police officers, security guards, and any other groups that may resemble official uniformed organizations.
  8. Breaching the venue regulations or any unacceptable behaviour likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury will result in the customer being ejected from the venues and no refund will be offered.
  9. Persons not properly attired are not admitted.
  10. Refer to event brochures or the event website for additional guidelines and information.
  11. Stay updated on latest announcements from the event's SNS platform on event day.
  12. In case of disputes, the Organizer reserves the rights of final decision.

Rules for Cosplayers

  1. Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to cosplayers wearing excessively revealing outfits.
  2. There are no changing rooms or makeup areas within the venue. Additionally, there are no luggage storage services or designated photography areas. Please be aware of this.
  3. General participants who wish to cosplay at the event should make their own arrangements.
  4. The use of venue restrooms for costume changes is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in immediate revocation of entry privileges.
  5. Cosplayers are responsible for their personal belongings and safety.
